The Registered Nurse (RN) reports directly to the Director of Care and is tasked with fulfilling all assigned duties as a clinical leader. This includes adhering to all legislated and Omni standards, policies, and procedures to ensure that each resident receives personalized support, care, and services that align with their needs and preferences. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering excellence in customer service.
