Registered Nurse-Quality Management Accreditation Specialist

Summary This position is located at the Wilmington VAMC in Quality Management Service. Responsibilities THe QM Consultant position is the Accreditation Specialist and is responsible for primary oversight and consultative services toward organizational continuous readiness for the following accrediting organizations and monitoring activities of The Joint Commission, The Office of Inspector General, Ascellon / Long term review, Food and Drug Administration, and others. They will assist in the coordination of accreditation program specific tams based on organizational needs, primary responsibility for ongoing tracer activities, keeping self and facility staff up to date on regulatory changes, assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.
