Registered Nurses – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Location: Starship Child Health, Auckland City Hospital Level 9 (directly across from the National Women’s labour and delivery suite).
Position: Full-time or Part-time.
The NICU is a 40‑cot unit consisting of 18 intensive care and 22 high dependency cots. It cares for babies born premature from 23 weeks gestation and serves as the referral centre for paediatric cardiology services, neonatal surgery, and complex metabolic disease treatment. The unit receives around 900 infants annually from the hospital’s approximately 7,500 deliveries each year.

The NICU seeks registered nurses with neonatal experience to join an active team providing premium neonatal care to the populations served.
