Job Description
Join K1W's complex medical unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a Registered Nurse. Provide comprehensive patient care, especially for dialysis, oncology, and palliative patients in a supportive environment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for the total care of community patients with diverse medical needs. Your role includes personal care (ADLs) and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Experience in various medical areas such as Dialysis and TBI is essential to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for patients across multiple medical needs
• Support interdisciplinary care alongside healthcare professionals
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients
• Administer treatments as required, including tracheostomy management
