As a member of a clinical team, you will be planning, evaluating, and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and responding to rapidly changing patient conditions;

Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary critical care team;

Supporting families through compassionate communication and education;

Maintaining high standards of documentation and patient safety.
