About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Hyperacute Stroke & Neurology Unit.
You will provide safe, evidence based and patientcentred nursing care to people presenting with acute stroke and complex neurological conditions. This includes comprehensive assessment, close neurological monitoring, care planning and evaluation, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition.
