**BAYADA at BAYhealth** is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to complete admission / start of care visits **,** for a **Full Time or Part Time** opportunity with **adult patients in their homes** . This office services clients in territories throughout all of **Kent county, DE.**
As a home care **Registered Nurse** , you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
