Summary The Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis provides, directs, and improves care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), acute kidney injury (AKI), and late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD). Responsibilities The RN - Hemodialysis functions as the primary nurse for ESRD patient panel and serves as key resource assisting patients navigate the healthcare system. Major Duties include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with other disciplines/departments to achieve desired patient outcomes.
