Registered Nurse (ER/ICU) [NMC Healthcare]

NMC Healthcare is seeking highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Emergency and Intensive Care Units. You will provide critical life-saving care in a fast-paced, highly regulated hospital environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement advanced patient care for critically ill admissions arriving at the emergency bay.
• Monitor life support equipment, manage complex IV infusions, and assist physicians during invasive procedures.
• Maintain 100% accurate patient documentation within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to comply with JCI standards.
• Strictly adhere to all Dubai Health Authority (DHA) infection control and medication administration protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a cleared Dataflow verification.
• At least 3 years of recent clinical experience in an ER or ICU ward.
