Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description
Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency room nursing care to acutely ill or injured patients. Deliver high-quality, efficient medical services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon admission.
• Perform EKG monitoring, blood draws, medication administration, and utilize emergency procedures.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other staff to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Operate emergency equipment such as Lucas Device, BiPaP, and Glidescope.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least one (1) year of Critical Care experience in ICU or Emergency Room.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
