Overview

As a nurse in Portsa home care, you will act as a healthcare expert within a multidisciplinary team and support the practical nurses' nursing skills. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing patient care and home services at the client's home. In your team, you will ensure continuity of care and communication with practical nurses. The work involves active interaction with clients, relatives, the work community, and various partners, including via phone. Meeting clients and their relatives at home is also a key part of the job. The work is primarily during weekdays.
