Job Description
Job Scope
- Provide nursing care including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring of residents’ conditions.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Supervise and support residents in activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, care plans, and medical records.
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities or changes in residents’ conditions.
