Summary Clinical Nurse Educator supports evidence-based staffing by coordinating data, facilitating unit reviews, & assisting managers with staffing plans. It also contributes to professional practice initiatives, including Pathway to Excellence, shared governance, staff recognition, & workforce pipeline development. Overall, position strengthens nursing practice, workforce stability, & organizational culture while reporting to assigned supervisors & the Associate Director of Patient Care Services.
