Job Highlights:

Department: Family Medicine

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (also open to 4.5 or 5 days / week if preferred) No weekend or on-call requirements!

This role is primarily focused on phone triage with some face-to-face patient care. Optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays after 6 months in the role while maintaining metrics.

Prior Epic experience and/or experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
