Job overview

As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary renal team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to patients undergoing dialysis and receiving specialist renal treatment. You will support Registered Nurses in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care, ensuring patients receive safe, effective and compassionate treatment throughout their renal journey.


The post holder will contribute to the delivery of dialysis treatments, patient monitoring, clinical observations, infection prevention, health promotion and patient education, while acting within the Nursing Associate scope of practice and the NMC Code. The role requires excellent communication, clinical skills and the ability to recognise and escalate changes in patients' conditions appropriately.
