Baycrest Hospital has an opportunity for a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) in the Complex Continuing Care Unit (6E). Posting Number: 9919. Position Type: Permanent Part‑time. Shift Type: Day‑Night, alternate weekends (subject to change). Hourly Pay Rate: $41.15 - $58.98. Bi‑Weekly Hours: 30 hours, 7.5 hours per shift. Union: ONA.

The Complex Continuing Care Unit on 6 East Hospital provides care for older patients with complex medical conditions in a non‑acute hospital setting. The program identifies strategies that support quality‑of‑life goals as well as short‑term and long‑term care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills, acts as clinical expert and resource and provides comprehensive, quality client/family centred health care services from admission, through transfers and discharge
