Registered Manager Stoke on Trent Full Time £55-60k plus bonuses We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our established 4-bed children's residential home in Lightwood, Stoke-on-Trent. Our home is already registered with Ofsted and proud to hold a Good rating a testament to the dedication of our existing team and the quality of care we provide. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and development of the young people in our care. You will lead, inspire and develop a skilled staff team, whilst maintaining and building upon our strong Ofsted rating.
