We are currently hiring a Registered Dietitian to assess and document resident nutritional care at our Ridgeview home. Your responsibilities will include developing nutrition plans, providing dietary education, and ensuring compliance with provincial regulations. Effective cross-team collaboration is key to enhancing our residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate residents' nutrition and hydration risk levels
• Create and adjust personalized nutrition care plans
• Educate residents and caregivers on nutrition requirements
• Facilitate and participate in care team discussions
• Review and approve seasonal and therapeutic menus
Requirements:
• University degree in Food and Nutrition
