Registered Dietitian- Renal/Oncology (Toronto)

Overview

This position reports to the Manager of Professional Practice and will support outpatient Oncology and Renal. This position may have additional responsibilities of assisting with other areas as required. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing advanced nutritional management of oncology patients as well as renal patients in accordance with the principles of person-centered care within an ambulatory setting. The ideal candidate is interested in specializing in oncology /renal care and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in fast-paced, ambulatory clinical settings. They will be passionate about developing and conducting education programs for patients, physicians, nurses, and other health care team members/departments, and/or the public.
