Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients by helping them build healthier habits and achieve their wellness goals through personalized nutrition care. As a registered dietitian, assess nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition plans and provide medical nutrition therapy tailored to each patient's health conditions, lifestyle and learning needs. Partner closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support positive health outcomes across a diverse outpatient population.
