Job Description
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support to individuals with behavioral challenges at our Bivens and Ridge Road Centers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct therapy to clients, collect data, assist in the development of treatment plans and classroom management. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client progress and communicating with families and other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician from Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to successfully pass BCI/FBI and Child Abuse background check
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood intervention, education, or related field
