EPM Regional Support Leads are part of the Strategic Reporting Systems team, which manages the global Enterprise Performance Management solution (OneStream , Oracle HFM, Planning and Analytics Cloud) for Trane Technologies, supporting over 700 users in their Actuals reporting and consolidation, as well as their Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
Regional Support Leads are responsible for the Enterprise Performance Management Customer Support, Training, Access Administration and Communication for their area of responsibility. These positions support the Finance user community and serve as the voice of the customer. They report to the manager of Customer Support.
