At Besana, we’re on a mission to accelerate the energy transition of residential buildings.

We work with property managers, helping residential communities reduce energy costs and decarbonise through green electricity, solar, heat pumps, insulation and energy certifications.

After building strong momentum in Madrid, we’re now expanding into Catalonia. We’re looking for someone to lead that expansion locally.

This is a unique opportunity to build a market from the ground up: win our first customers, establish Besana as the trusted partner for property managers, and eventually build and lead the commercial team in the region.
