Regional Sales Director – Eastern Finland

As a Regional Sales Director you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management, development, and expansion of business operations in Eastern Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer‑oriented sales plans and growth strategies across the region.
• Lead, motivate and manage a large regional sales team (8–10 sales managers, approximately 100 sales personnel).
• Allocate regional budget to store and team levels, and monitor financial performance.
• Analyze market developments, significant events and financial reports to inform strategy.
• Track goal achievement, manage personnel, and provide regular feedback to the team.
