Regional Project Manager (Malaysia)

The Regional Project Manager is fully responsible for the brand's beverage / tea-chain business expansion in Malaysia - from launching the first outlet to building a multi-store chain - with full ownership of regional revenue, profitability and brand growth, reporting to headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual / quarterly business plans, budgets and KPIs (sales, gross margin, new-store openings, membership, market share); control costs and improve underperforming stores.
- New store development: market research, site selection, lease negotiation, renovation, licences, JAKIM Halal certification, hiring and training, and grand openings.
- Standardise store operations (front-of-house, beverage preparation, inventory, cleaning) and ensure JAKIM Halal compliance.
- Develop the local supply chain, localise the menu and create Halal products and promotions.
