Positioning and reporting: Under the authority of the Deputy Director General, Institutional Affairs and Governance, and under the direct supervision of the Regional Representative for the Americas.
The position is based at the Regional Representation in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and provides operational and project management support to regional activities implemented across the Americas, including in coordination with the Sub-Regional Representation in Panama and relevant Headquarters departments.
Job purpose: The Regional Project Management and Operations Officer contributes to the efficient planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of regional projects and technical cooperation activities conducted by the Regional Representation for the Americas.
