Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Patient Care Coordination (PCC) team through direct management of the PCC Lead
- Own regional KPIs including response times, scheduling turnaround, and patient satisfaction
- Coach and develop the Lead in managing coordinator performance and accountability
- Evaluate PCC workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Partner with providers to support patient intake, pre-visit preparation, and post-visit follow-up
- Act as a liaison between clinical providers and the coordination team to resolve friction points
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in virtual healthcare operations, patient care coordination, or practice management
- Proven experience managing or leading a team
