Regional Lead – Constellation (NEC Group)

40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including evenings & weekends)

Predominantly site-based

Constellation is seeking a people-focused leader to take ownership of the casual workforce delivery across NEC Group venues - including the NEC, VOX, Utilita Arena Birmingham, bp pulse LIVE and ICC Birmingham.

This is a regional role where you will oversee the recruitment, training, and deployment of workforce across multiple venues simultaneously, supporting a diverse and high-volume calendar of events - from major exhibitions and conferences to premium live experiences.

You will lead a regional team of 4, including 3 Regional People Consultants and a Regional Trainer & Recruiter, driving performance and consistency across all venues.
