Regional Payroll and C&B Specialist

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established MNC to appoint aa Rewards & Payroll Lead to join their regional HR team in Singapore.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of both strategic and operational reward functions across a diverse APAC portfolio, playing a key role in managing compensation and benefits programmes while overseeing payroll operations across approximately a headcount of 200 employees across 8 markets.

In addition, you will be responsible for end-to-end regional payroll management, working closely with external payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing.
