Regional Operations Controller F&B APAC- Your future position?

Be the “co-pilot ”to the Head of APAC Operations by providing the necessary business insight in order to achieve the business plan. Support the strategy and development of the regional business plan by providing insight into the KPIs and their drivers and by pro-active challenging the business partners. This in collaboration with the network of site controllers, the Operations teams and the various CoE’s (e.g. Continuous Improvement)

• Business Partnering Make sure that the Operations team is aware of all the risk and opportunities which can impact the performance of Operations, propose mitigation actions and ensure the execution of these actions after alignment.
