Salary: £85,000 plus £5,000 car allowance & Bonus subject to T&Cs

Location

This position will initially be supporting a cluster of Care Homes within the southern part of England, however due to future restructuring and growth plans, travel to the northern part of England will be required, so being a car driver is essential.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Operating Manager to lead and manage the operation of a region of Hartford Care homes, through the line management of the Care Home managers. You will ensure that the CareHomes operate within the strategic direction, goals, objectives and financial planning set by Hartford Care. You'll embody the Hartford Care values and be a role model for the leadership behaviours of the organisation.
