Job Description:

Take full responsibility for service coordination of overseas on-site projects. Establish and maintain TCO database and generate monthly operation reports. Based on data analysis, proactively provide optimization recommendations to help customers reduce production costs, identify potential issues in a timely manner, and deliver effective solutions.

Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans, striving to maximize the availability of customer site equipment, ensuring stable operation under high-intensity working conditions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site service at overseas Chinese customer projects, and maintain close communication with customers' production and equipment management team.
