Job Description
What is the opportunity? We're seeking a Regional Office Coordinator to support the Greater Toronto Regional Office and Regional Communications and Marketing teams. You'll manage day‑to‑day operations, handle administrative tasks, and support key initiatives—enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. The role is split across three areas: ~50% Regional Operating Officer and office administration; ~25% marketing support (events, ticketing, reporting); and ~25% communications administration. You'll drive operational excellence, ensure brand consistency, and deliver exceptional client and community experiences.
