Description: The Regional MEAL Coordinator provides strategic and technical leadership to strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems across the Asia Region, including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Mirpur (AJK), and Afghanistan. The role ensures that programmes are evidence-based, accountable, and aligned with organizational standards and donor requirements. The position plays a key role in programme design, proposal development, and planning processes by supporting the integration of robust MEAL frameworks, realistic targets, quality data management systems, and cost-effective budgeting.
