Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Sales Representatives. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular field visits and joint customer calls with team members. Monitor individual and regional performance against agreed objectives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve technical, commercial, and relationship-building skills.
