As a Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of exceptional retail professionals across a portfolio of Just Jeans, Dotti, Jay Jays, Portmans and Jacqui E stores, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, maximizing profitability, and upholding the brand's reputation for quality and style.

This role would suit someone who is currently in a multi-site or cluster role looking for the next step and who can demonstrate a proven record in delivering results or a regional of a smaller portfolio looking for the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing team and stores performance across all retail KPI's
• Leading your team of Store Managers
• Delivering store operating profit budgets
• Analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
• Recruiting and developing the right people for the team
