Job Summary

Role: Regional Leadership Advisor

Location: Wellington Region, Lower Hutt, New Zealand

Contract: Fixed‑term, full‑time (1–2 years), commencing 28 January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face and remote support, coaching and mentoring to principals across the Wellington region.
• Facilitate one‑to‑one, cluster‑based and larger group sessions, including seminars and workshops.
• Build and strengthen relationships with principals, kura leaders and other leaders across the primary and secondary sectors.
• Share best practice, enable collaboration, and support transformational change in leadership capability.
• Work closely with regional colleagues and the national leadership team to share good practice and innovative approaches to curriculum design and teaching and learning.
