Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Regional Joiner who is committed to maintaining our homes to the highest standards of safety and functionality.
Location: Regional role covering our homes between Morpeth and Bishop Auckland
Salary: £30,000.00 – £35,000.00 per year based on experience
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Completing and documenting fire risk assessments, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Carrying out fire door inspections, repairs, and adjustments to maintain safety standards.
- Undertaking joinery works including fitting doors, frames, locks, furniture, and fixtures.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from care home managers, prioritising urgent safety‑related issues.
