Regional HVAC Channel Sales Engineer – Sub-Saharan Africa

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Engineer to enhance growth across Sub‑Saharan Africa by managing indirect partner channels. In this role, you will provide training and support to distributors and contractors, promoting HVAC solutions such as chillers and pumps. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of HVAC sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering. This position allows for residing in any South African city with regular travel across the region.
