Regional HR Ops Lead — Payroll & HRIS (Hybrid)

Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is looking for an HR Operations Manager to lead the regional HR operations, including payroll and HRIS management. This full-time position allows 2 days of home office per week within a dynamic, international work environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international HR operations, strong expertise in multi-country payroll, and a capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
