Regional HR Leader — South Asia & ANZ (Hybrid)

BSI is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead HR delivery across South Asia and ANZ from Singapore (Hybrid). This role reports to the VP People Operations and manages HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries, ensuring compliant, employee-centric operations.

You will drive regional HR processes, partner with Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams, and implement global programmes with local relevance, maintaining payroll oversight and data integrity.
