Job Description

 Radis Community Care have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Services in Bristol, North Somerset , South Wales & Devon. 
 This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services. 
 About the role
 As the HR Business Partner you will be working closely alongside other members of our HR Team on a range of day-to-day general HR issues and HR related projects. Key activities will include:
 Being the main point of contact over the telephone and email to provide HR advice to Managers and colleagues across the Company, referring to policies, procedures, and employment law as appropriate.
 Proactively manage formal and informal Employee Relations cases, providing advice, guidance and coaching to Managers.
