Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC & MEA

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking a Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia MEA. This leader will build a regional TA function, drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC, China, MEA, and CIS, and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent strategy with growth.

The role requires 8–12+ years in regional/global TA, experience establishing a TA COE or shared services, and a proven ability to scale multi-country hiring initiatives across Asia and MEA.
