Regional Head of Finance

Summary of the role

Based in our Bangsar South office, you will act as the Head of Finance for the Meals & Beverage (M&B) business division, overseeing financial operations across SEA and the Middle East (ME). You will be the critical leader shaping our financial direction, providing strong leadership to support business growth, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure continued organizational success.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategic FP&A Leadership: Own and drive the full financial planning cycle, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Commercial Business Partnering: Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches, evaluating financial viability and managing margin expectations against AOP guardrails.
