Regional Group Finance Director for Growth & Transformation

Lifecare International is recruiting a Group Finance Director to lead the finance function across the UAE, Kenya and Qatar. Reporting to the CEO, this executive role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure financial health, governance, and sustainable growth across the Group.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the Board and drive transformation, treasury, and regulatory compliance while partnering with commercial leaders to unlock margins and growth.
