CIPE is one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy and is an affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Scope: The Regional Finance Manager (RFM) will oversee financial operations for CIPE’s Asia Pacific regional hub, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor regulations.
