Position: Regional Field Services Team Lead ID: XL - 007 The Regional Field Services Team Lead is responsible for supporting XLink operations by ensuring seamless helpdesk support, effective escalation handling, and the optimization of call and route processes for all customers under the XLink domain. This role is critical in maintaining high service levels, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing the overall customer experience through operational efficiency and proactive field service coordination. The role directly supports a key customer portfolio of XLink customers.
