Regional Director, Rare Cardiac Central

**Position Summary**

The Regional Director, Rare Cardiac is the direct manager and strategic field leader for a regional team of Access Care Managers supporting Pfizer's Rare Cardiac portfolio. ACMs report directly to this role and operate under its strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, compliance oversight, and performance management. The Regional Director leads a team of field-based access leaders who integrate patient journey ownership, reimbursement subject matter expertise, payer-policy navigation, HCP office education, and account-level access strategy to remove barriers and improve appropriate patient access.

The Regional Director is accountable for the full patient access experience delivered by the team - from patient enrollment and needs assessment through therapy initiation, continuation, case resolution, and HCP office engagement.
