Hire Resolve is looking for a Debtors Manager to oversee its KwaZulu‑Natal portfolio of student housing and property assets. The role is permanent and based in Durban, KZN.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional debt recovery strategies to ensure cash is collected on time.
• Manage the full credit‑control lifecycle, including arrears handling and legal escalations.
• Oversee leasing processes to keep all KZN properties fully let at approved rental levels.
• Coordinate university funding (NSFAS, bursaries) and ensure billing aligns with payment cycles.
• Support accreditation processes for regional buildings, meeting health, safety and university standards.
