Regional CS Supervisor – MENA/SSA/Central Asia (Hybrid)

Boston Scientific is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the Dubai-based CS team serving MENA, SSA and Central Asia. You will drive operational excellence, manage order fulfillment, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in MedTech/Pharma CS, strong leadership, and hands-on SAP/Salesforce experience, with advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.
